A: The short answer is “very”! Our mobile applications follow a simplistic UI approach to make it clear what details need to be captured by field technician or engineer. Once they’re completed, the data is automatically transferred back to the online portal ready to be reviewed.

Q: We deal with hundreds of jobs every day, how easy is it to manage and schedule large amounts of work?

A: You have full control over all work, whether they are pending, assigned, scheduled and unallocated jobs. Our easy-to-use schedule timeline screens make it simple to build workloads for individuals and teams quickly and accurately.

Q: Can we upgrade our package if we want more functionality?

A: Yes, you can choose which features suit your business and upgrade it accordingly. You can contact one of our sales team to add more modules to the package you have.

Q: Can the mobile app be used on all phones?

Q: Can engineers still complete work if not connected to the internet?

A: Yes, they will need a data connection to receive and upload their jobs, however work can be completed offline as normal when there is no network connection.

Q: Can we bulk upload data into the system?

A: To help you set up your account our onboarding team will assist you with initial data upload. However there are tools in the system to upload bulk data yourself.

Q: What training is included?

A: You will receive a full end-to-end training when you on-board. This can be completed either remotely or at your office space.
